John just left after a very thorough AC maintenance visit. He went above and beyond. Even though I was his last appointment of the day, he did not cut any corners. He was extremely conscientious and left no stone unturned. He explained everything he did, even taking pictures and videos of the process. I can’t say enough good things about John and Sean McCutcheon’s for providing quality, reliable HVAC system care. I also have a maintenance plan that includes twice-yearly checkups.

We just completed our semi-annual service with Sean McCutcheon’s HVAC. David Peter serviced two units and provided excellent feedback. We had a chattering filter frame, and David installed a new pleated filter to eliminate the problem. He mentioned that unit #2 may need a refrigerant charge at the next service, but everything else looks good.

What amazing service! We had a circuit board go bad due to some pesky lizards. We called Sean McCutcheon’s, who had installed the compressor for a prior homeowner, and they honored the warranty and had the problem repaired in no time. We called SMAC for an estimate on a new 5-ton, two-stage system. Mark H. came out, answered all of our questions, and provided a detailed written estimate on the spot. We signed the contract knowing there would be a short delay for the air handler. The unit arrived and was installed just a few days after Hurricane Milton. This team is to be commended. I have used them over the years and all aspects of service are the best I have found with anyone working on my house. Yesterday it was cold and the heater did not work. We called and they said they were extremely busy but would try to fit us in. Two hours later a technician stopped by and serviced our unit and fixed two electrical issues. Young technician who was very polite and professional I was pleased but not surprised as this has been how they have supported us for the last 10 years.
